Individual Soccer Training
Yo I am excited to release this video on a bodyweight workout routine you can do on your own.
I get it not everyone has the money or time to get a gym membership.
Sometimes we might want to do something different than are usual gym strength workouts.
Look no further as you have just found a video giving you a 10 minute Bodyweight routine.
This routine ATTACKs and I mean attacks the core from all different angles.
All the exercises are either from the workout posted on the Nike Training App or from Ronaldo training videos online.
