Correction to Phantom Dancer: UNIQUE – LIFELINE: If you would take damage that would reduce maximum health below 30%, you first gain a shield that absorbs 240 − 600 (based on level) damage for 2 seconds (90 second cooldown).
It's still a great choice for the same reasons, but the passive is different. Thanks Neerra for the correction!

Doesn’t ur w reset the double shot every time cause when I tried out Lucian and shot my w at someone, the enemy was tagged with a symbol and every time I shoot the passive, it shoots passive again and again.
Hey, I just had a question about the item build, as the champion.gg build doesn't even use Blade of the ruined king or Black cleaver at all instead having essence rever and bloodthirster in its place

There's a mistake : you don't get the ms from your w if you ult an enemy with the w debuff.

I be a lucian main now
If you have essence reaver and BC, you get 40 CDR and you can do double dash. Use W or Q into AA then when the two bullets are in the air, instant E to get 4s CD back from those flying bullets, and into another 2 AAs from the previous E, you get another 4s CD back. So basically you got 8s CD back for one E and your next E will be up.

When building cleaver and you have just about 900 gold, do you buy the kindlegem right away or wait for 1250 gold for phage and come again?

how do you feel about the conqueror rune now? also the rune changes into life steal rather than triumph/alacrity?
